Plan Submittal Forms |

Below is a list of forms that may be required as part of your plan submission process or documents which may answer your questions regarding the plan submittal process. One form is necessary for all initial plan submittals, the plan application form. A plan application form will be required on all new projects submitted to the Division of Building Codes Enforcement. Without this form your plans can not be logged into our tracking system and therefore can not be entered into our plan review process.
The same is true for all site development work associated with industrialized building systems (modular units). A Kentucky Industrialized Building Systems (KIBS) plan application form is required for all site development work associated with an industrialized building system.
